Abstract

This paper deals with the computer-mediated conversation, lying at the intersection of Sciences of knowledge areas of Communication and Language. Thus, seeks to contribute to the research gaps brought by new forms of human interaction resulting changes made to this new century in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). It is noticed that the Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) expands and becomes even more complex communicational ecosystems. The University as an institution ends up being affected in their relationships with teachers and students and they take ownership of new spaces of communication. In turn, the Facebook site is fertile ground for viewing these discussions, as provides tools that help in the maintenance of social networks, which are created and maintained for several reasons that not only coexist in the same physical space. However, the study of the conversations that remains as both institutional and the internet itself as a major gap in research in the area of cyberculture. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the socio internationals traces of communication discussion groups on the site of Facebook social networks, informally linked to a public HEI, where the University of the State of Amazonas (UEA). Based on the analysis methodologies proposed by Recuero Conversation (2008, 2012), Marcuschi (2007) and Kerbrat-Orecchioni (2006), and the comments on the everyday interaction of Goffman (2002) and which is the virtual by Levy (2011), the work can build a map of conversational network performed by actors of the Amazonas State University (UEA), demonstrating that communication on the internet, permeates aspects of offline relationships, such as the formation of teams that spoke Goffman (2002) also show that the conversational markers on the internet are rapidly changing. And when it comes to communication ecosystems, it is believed that the proposed analysis can draw a map of interactions arranged.
