Resumo

Quality of Life at Work and Productivity are common phenomena in daily labor relations, while that is individual judgments about the employee work environment, this represents the main objective of companies and public agencies managers. To this end, employers seek to invest more in Quality of Life Programs at Work for its employees, however, in many cases the results are not satisfactory, however, if applied collectively, can generate benefits for both parties . In order to investigate this possible link, it conducted a case study in 250 Technical and Administrative servers who works into four units of the Instituto Federal do Amazonas. The proposed research instrument was a questionnaire, prepared based on six questions that address personal data and 22 dimensions of QWL, in order to record the impact that each of them has in relation to the productivity of the employees. Of the reported cases, it was possible to trace a dominant profile staff with global and individual characteristics of each study unit. Satisfaction with Work and Working Conditions were reputable variables, in all Units, the employees in relation to its impact on productivity, since the leadership achieved significant results in Campus Manaus Centro, Growth Opportunities were highlights Campus Manaus Distrito Industrial as well as Information Access Campus Manaus Zona Leste, and also commitment of the institution with its staff at the Rectory. Therefore, the study revealed differences and similarities between the evaluations of QWL dimensions in relation to productivity, showing that the offerings in QWL should be differentiated for each unit, since the profiles of servers represent characteristics of your Campus stocking
