Design tático nos serviços sociais autônomos da indústria: um estudo de caso no SENAI Amazonas

Abstract

Because design is an interactive, dynamic and democratic activity, it is possible to assimilate the various areas of knowledge and human activity. Thinking as design - design thinking - is a method that can be used in various professions in an interdisciplinary manner, especially at the present time, when Brazilian organizations adapt to the new scenario of innovation. The National Service for Industrial Learning - SENAI, an institution organized and administered by CNI, is one of the strategic centers for aligning vocational education offerings with the demands of this productive sector and offers vocational education in all states. It is expressed, direct and intentional relationship of design thinking with the programmatic design of the Brazilian industry, in supporting the achievement of its strategic objectives, by implementing Innovation SENAI National Route of programs in inter-regional network of vocational schools in the sector, aiming at increasing the competence for innovation and competitiveness, using the SENAI Professional Education Methodology - MSEP. This dissertation corresponds to a case study of Tactical Design in the Innovation Program Implementation in Technological Education entities of SENAI Amazonas. Using the design thinking method - specifically, Stanford d.school and Tim Brown - to guide the implementation steps, the proposal aims to: (1) structure, from the analysis of the pilot project experience, a method to be used in the implementation of the innovation program; (2) carry out a pilot project that mirrors the nuances faced by the implementation of an innovation program in technological education of System S entities; and (3) implement, based on tactical design, the technological education innovation program of the National Industrial Learning Service. The results both imposed a new approach to the system's vocational education and linked the entity's strategy to the new perspectives of industrial learning at national level.
