Diagnóstico de enfermagem em saúde mental infantojuvenil: aplicativo mobile uma ferramenta de suporte ao enfermeiro no contexto amazônico.

Abstract

Introduction: The use of mobile technologies is increasingly present in the daily lives of health professionals and for nurses in mental health, having a technology that helps in reasoning and clinical judgment in determining nursing diagnoses, culminating in a standardized language. Objectives: Develop a mobile application with nursing diagnoses in child and youth mental health, based on NANDA - I, to be used by nurses; To identify, in the integrative literature review, the nursing diagnoses most used in mental health care for children and adolescents; Raise the theoretical and methodological requirements necessary for the construction of the application; Develop the application's interfaces; Perform testing of application functionality. Justification: It is based on the problem of the absence of diagnoses provided by nurses in a CAPSi in the city of Manaus, a fact observed in the researcher's professional practice, in addition to the scarcity of instruments that can quickly and practically guide the professional to prepare the diagnoses. Methodology: This is a methodological research, carried out in two phases, aiming at the study of nursing diagnoses with the development of a Mobile application. In the first phase, an integrative literature review was carried out to search for diagnoses in child and adolescent mental health, and in the second phase, the development of the application used a Development Method, with the following steps: analysis, design, implementation, verification and validation. Result:After the integrative literature review, which provided the nursing diagnoses in mental health, and thus subsidizing the development of the Mobile application, it was possible to provide nurses in the context of their child and adolescent mental health practice with assistance in reasoning and clinical judgment. Final considerations:It is important that nurses feel safer to provide diagnoses and consequently more assertive behaviors, in addition to implementing a standardized language, finally, the nursing that works in mental health is more valued and with more social visibility in the Amazonian context.
