Abstract

The work involves the dimension of pleasure and suffering, and it can be thought of as a mediator to produce a identity to the world, it develops a significant role in the establishment of the worker as a subject. This research used as theoretical support the Psychodynamics of the Work that is dedicated to the studying of the subjective dimension of work and including the contributions of Clinical Social Psychology to assist in the comprehension of the Work of Sense. The objective of this research was to understand the organization of the work of higher-level technicians of youth centers in Manaus, its impact on the suffering of experiences and enjoyment and the sense of this work for them, its purpose was to characterize the organization of work prescribed and real, identify the suffering of aggravating the work and defensive strategies, comprehend the mobilizers of pleasure and the facing up strategies of stress at work, the meaning of the work of higher-level technicians and their relationship with the subjective mobilization as well as. Seven techniques were participants, including social workers, psychologists and pedagogues who work in the socio-educational system, specifically in inpatient units or semi freedom for adolescent males and females. It was used as a tool for data collection of semi-structured individual interviews. All interviews were carried out on site and each participant working hours. The analysis technique used was proposed by Moraes (2010) to articulate the theory dejourian the systematic analysis of Grounded Theory. The research identified the organization of the prescribed work of the technical and highlighted the difficulty of most of the interviewed to assign meaning to their doing, it was possible to interpret the silence, pre-formulated speech or uncritical as an expression of suffering at work, it was found little opening for the establishment of a dialogue on the alternations of the work, the real work and their impact on the implementation of the task and just a little has been said about the mobilizers pleasure at work.
