Abstract

This work has as its theme the effect of implementation of the School Management Panel at the Municipal School Waldir Garcia: An evaluation of teachers in making teaching and performance of elementary students of morning and afternoon shifts from 2009 to 2010. It is an analysis of student outcomes and behavior change of the teachers of the school above. For this evaluation, we sought theoretical background on the tools of quality in educational administration and school management on panel. In this perspective, it is thought presentation and analysis of data to local school Waldir Garcia income students from 2009 to 2010 and a very satisfactory result given the range of targets
