Pedagogia Griô: educação, cultura e ancestralidade na Escola Estadual Nossa Senhora do Rosário no Município de Manacapuru

Resumo

This research proposes to investigate the presence and influence of the Griô Pedagogy in the teaching-learning processes of the Nossa Senhora do Rosário State School, located in the community of Rosarinho, in the rural area of Manacapuru. The objective is to examine how the distinctive elements of Griô Pedagogy are incorporated in the teachers' educational practices and in the approach of the school as a whole, from the planning to the implementation of the activities. In addition, an attempt is made to understand the extent to which the local culture plays a fundamental role in this dynamic, as well as the involvement of community members in the knowledge construction process, especially with regard to the appreciation of traditional knowledge. Through an in-depth analysis of these aspects, the study will contribute to understanding the interactions between education, culture and ancestry, promoting relevant reflections for the improvement of pedagogical practices and the strengthening of community connections.
