Política pública de comunicação na Amazônia manauara: um olhar sobre a Secretaria Municipal de Comunicação a partir das mensagens governamentais de 2013 a 2020

Abstract

In addition to the implementation of public policies that result in improvements in the rules on such obligations, they are constitutional, being, for so necessary communication, the policy of public actions, informing about the much-needed assistance, the policy of public actions, informing about the assistance much needed, the policy of public actions, such as health, education, social, infrastructure and sports, for example. Based on this, this study presents a look at the Municipal Communication Department (Semcom) of the Manaus City Hall between 2013 and 2020, which is to gather parts of the history of this body belonging to the direct administration of the Municipal Executive, as well as identify strategies and changes, considering the evolution of technologies, the period and the performance profile of communication professionals, such as journalists, who start to exercise a multiple exercise to meet the premise of bringing to citizens, through the media or the press, services, social projects, actions and programs carried out by the city hall. For this, documents were consulted, including the Municipality Official Gazette and Government Message, published to the public. This research also uses studies that address themes related to the proposal and considers that Public Communication Policies themselves constitute a form of power and that the Amazon, here with a focus on Manaus, can still be a place to which eyes turn of ignorance. The conclusion is a role of the work carried out in the years mentioned by the image of the city hall, panorama throughout the city and working in a positive way the image of the city hall, in the long period, having in mainly the use of the period itself of the media and platforms digital. Also noteworthy is the dissertation giving light, the area of communication as an instrument of scientific investigation, as the possibility that it is one more communication in constant growth for institutions, organizations, organizations, organizations, public or private, especially in a region that has always awakened – and continues – the eyes of the world: the amazon.
