Resumo
The school inclusion of students with disabilities, global developmental disorders and high skills / giftedness, target audience of Special Education, is being ensured by the legal instruments (BRASIL, 1988; BRASIL, 2008; BRASIL, 2009a; BRAZIL, 2015a ) that guide education systems to ensure the provision of Specialized Educational Assistance (AEE). However, normative strategies alone do not seem to have enabled the experience of students with or without disabilities in the public school, nor even guaranteed inclusion. In this way, the objective was to characterize the organization and operation of the Specialized Educational Attendance, carried out in the Multifunctional Resource Rooms, aiming the attendance of students with Autism in the Municipal Network of Manaus. Delineated by the qualitative approach of a descriptive character, the research was guided by the dialectical method. As a locus of data collection, five schools of the Municipal Network of Manaus that have Multifunctional Resource Rooms were chosen. For the collection of data, semi-structured interview scripts were applied to the participating teachers. To analyze the interviews, the content analysis was used (BARDIN, 1977). The results and discussions of the data were organized according to the Categories of Analysis defined, which were: Forwarding; Developed activities; Profile of the teachers who work in the ESA; Partnerships. It was verified that to carry out the referral to the ESA, the request for a clinical report is still present, and there is a contradiction between national and municipal legislation. As for the activities developed, one of the major problems of ESA is the frequency and, consequently, the students' withdrawal. The lack of maintenance and updating of the materials received was also described. Regarding the profile of the teachers who work in the ESA, despite the provision of training to teachers are provided in the legal texts, of the five teachers surveyed, two teachers do not have specific training to work in the SRMs, only one finalized the specific course of ESA and two teachers are studying With regard to partnerships, it was evident the difficulties in maintaining the pedagogical articulation with the teachers of the Common Rooms. Common classroom teachers also reaffirm this gap in partnership. Concerning the involvement of families, according to teachers, most parents are participative. However, a few do not establish relationships. Thus, the elements discussed in this study made explicit the understanding that the process of inclusion, through the Specialized Educational Attendance, perpasses the organization and operation of the Multifunctional Resource Rooms.
