Resumo
The influence between writers is a notorious fact and, above all, inevitable. We tend to paths reproduce and remake of those that came from before us, and likewise, we note in Art of Love (Ars Amatoria) (1997) and A escrava Isaura (2008) stay the same love discourse. To find those love discourses from one work into the other, we use of Residuality Theory (TR) by Roberto Pontes (2006) it enables us by means operating concepts (residue, crystallization, collective mentality and cultural hibridation), perceive, i.e., that remains of a period to other, of a generation and/or society to other too, and the thinking approach’s and concepts from authors who influenced the construction of TR, like Maurice Halbwachs (1990), James D. Dana (1963), Peter Burke (2003), Néstor García Canclini (2008), Raymond Williams (1979) and Gaston Bachelard (2001). Thus, our objective is to observe those crystalized loving discourses of Ars Amatoria in A escrava Isaura. As of research and study of Gilberto Freyre (2009), Mary Beard (2020) and Pierre Grimal (2005), we treat of sociocultural aspects of works contexts, directly influencing in the analysis that we make from its, as well as for to observe the TR's four operating concepts, strictly linked to culture and society; from culture and society concepts and analysis and the relationship of both works with literature, we turn to Roque Laraia (1986), José Luiz dos Santos (2012), Franz Boas (2004), Antonio Candido (2019) and others. According to pathway sociocultural reflection, we study about the genres confluence in the Ovid's works (specially Ars Amatoria), observing the Ego and discussing about the Roman Erotic Elegy, Didactic Poetry and Erotodidactic, as well as its differences and similarities, beyond each genres contribution for the Ovidian poetry, all from of think of Paul Veyne (2015), Paulo Sérgio Vasconcellos (2016), Matheus Trevizam (2003), Niklas Holzberg (2002), Katharina Volk (2002), Antoine Compagnon (2010), among others; as from this, we observing the presence of loving discourses, noting, through comparative analysis, the presence of the four operational concepts of a book in the other especially the presence of reproduction of loving discourse, teaching and behavior.
