Impactos dos resíduos sólidos no ambiente: discussões e reflexões a partir da educação ambiental crítica

Resumo

This study presents possibilities of pedagogical practices that favor the students' understanding of the environmental impacts in the production of solid waste. This ability to understand is amplified when it addresses the discussions and in the study room of the global context but does not study the expansion to the local reality of teaching. In this sense, the present work aims to stimulate a critical-reflexive attitude of the students of the Education of Young and Adults (EJA) about the impacts generated by the production and destination of Solid Waste (RS) in the environment. To this end, this research had as target audience, students of the Youth and Adult Education (EJA) modality, from a public school, located in the Abial neighborhood, Municipality of Tefé/AM. The action was studied as a research-logical methodological approach, through the participation of teacher-students in order to achieve learning. In this sense, as activities developed, their activities provide moments of educational dialogue, moments of activation in each, establishing a dialogic-reflective thought. Therefore, it was necessary to contextualize the problem of solid waste with the reality experienced by the students, relating it to social, economic, and environmental issues. How data collection techniques and instruments were applied and photos. From the analysis of the results, it was possible to observe that the pedagogical activities stimulate a critical-reflective attitude of the students regarding the production and disposal of solid waste. In a sustainable sense, political societies are public policies that guarantee favorable conditions for education and generally dispose of waste, such as selective garbage collection.
