Mobiliário multifuncional: flexibilidade e integração em residências pequenas

Resumo

The main objective of this work is to create a multifunctional piece of furniture for the dining / living room. The conjuncture of the housing system in Brazil was examined in which the market gap, regarding furniture that is flexible to use, easy to assemble and customizable, was very clear. Through this perception, it was possible to indicate that residential spaces are changeable and because of that the furniture cannot be stagnant in a single form. The research followed the pragmatic paradigm, with a mixed exploratory, descriptive and explanatory methodology. The data collection will take place, fundamentally, through bibliographic research, through the method of visual data mining. Here are the Design methodologies selected for the work: the Concurrent Design Model; and design strategies for saving domestic space. To achieve the proposed general objective it was necessary to study the State of the Art for multifunctional furniture. We proceeded with the ergonomic study in order to assess the minimum design parameters for a furniture that has several functions and modifiable by its user. Thanks to this intent, it was possible to generate a system for designing flexible furniture for use from the Concurrent Design Model, a system that is applicable for other projects that have the same objectives. It was also possible to motivate an ergonomic matrix for application in flexible furniture. Finally, it was possible to create a reconfigurable and flexible use furniture, adaptable to the most common uses of living / dining rooms.
