Resumo

The present work consisted of a study about the pedagogical projects of the schools that offer the course of Social Service in the city of Manaus. The general objective was to analyze the pedagogical projects of the Schools of Social Service in the City of Manaus from the national curricular guidelines for the Social Work courses. The specific objectives were Mapping the Schools that offer the course of Social Service in the City of Manaus; To verify if the pedagogical projects of the Social Service Schools are being elaborated in the light of the national curricular guidelines established by ABEPSS / MEC; Know the ethical-political, technical-operational and theoretical-methodological dimensions through the coordinators and the PPC. The study was carried out through documentary research, accessing the pedagogical projects of the researched institutions: Federal University of Amazonas-UFAM and Don Bosco Salesian College - FSDB. The methodology used was based on a critical perspective, the research procedures were understood Instruments of a qualitative nature. The work also had field research, which was done through data collection using an open and closed questionnaire, applied to the subjects of the research. The main results obtained were according to the specific objectives, so we mapped through a search to the MEC website, that there are 09 Schools of Social Service in Manaus, of which 08 are of private and 01 public nature. It was also verified that the pedagogical projects of UFAM and FSDB are in line with the curricular guidelines established by ABEPSS / MEC, thus offering a professional formation from the nuclei of foundation, critical conception, Marxist conception, work the plurality, articulate the theory and The practice through complementary activities, teaching, research and extension, these precepts being established mainly by the original ABEPSS proposal in 1996, the year of its approval. Finally, and in view of the third specific objective of this research, the ethical-political, theoretical-methodological and technical-operational dimensions of the pedagogical projects were identified from the field and documentary research, as well as the professional training, where we know the dimensions are offered Throughout the course of vocational training, characterizing them and objectifying them through the disciplines that pass through the course, complementary activities, workshops, thematic seminars, supervised internship, CBT, and research and extension.
