Resumo
The present work aimed at the inorganic chemical characterization by X-ray Fluorescence by Wave Dispersion (WD-XRF), chemical physical characterization, antioxidant activity of the stingless beeswax, honey and pollen of Melipona (Melikerria) interrupta Latreille, 1811, collected during the rainy and dry season in the municipality of Parintins, and to identify the pollen groups of the pollen samples collected in both periods. In the inorganic chemical composition of the stingless beeswax were identified 12 elements in the rainy season (Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Zn and Ag) and 11 in the dry period (Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Fe, Zn and Ag), in honey samples, 12 elements were detected in both periods (Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Zn and Ag) and in the pollen samples were detected 11 elements (Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Mn, Fe and Zn) in the rainy season and nine in the other period (Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl, K, Ca and Fe). The chemical physical composition had variation for both periods, however not in all parameters, being in the stingless beeswax: ashes; in honey: protein, lipids and ashes and in pollen: moisture. The antioxidant activity, although the values found were not as significant from a biological aspect, it has also detected the influence by seasonality, and the stingless beeswax present difference in all the methods, the honey only DPPH+ and pollen in the methods of ABTS* and the phenol content. In the palynological analysis, five pollen families were identified in the samples of the dry season: Asteraceae, Malvaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Fabaceae / Caesalpinioidaeae, Fabaceae / Faboideae, Fabaceae / Mimosoideae, Melastomataceae and Sapindaceae; Nine pollen families were identified during the rainy season: Apocynaceae, Arecaceae, Malpighiaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Fabaceae / Faboideae, Fabaceae / Mimosoideae, Melastomataceae, Myrtaceae, Sapindaceae and Sapotaceae.
