Resumo
Brazilians schools present several problems related to the teaching-learning process, among them are the student's lack of motivation to learn and the distance from what is taught with everyday life. At the same time, information and communication technologies-ICTs are increasingly incorporated in society and serve as an aid to choily activities and can be essential in the teaching-learning process. In view of the growing need to seek new ways of the teaching and learning, this project has been developed that links the use of a device that most of them own, smartphone, with the research techniques of coorporative learning groups. In coorporative learning, students work in small groups and help each other by discussing problem solving in order to facilitate understanding os content. The project was applied at a public school in the city of Manaus and had a sample of 42 students from the seconds grande of high school. For the collection of data instruments were used such as: questionnaires, observation shuts, ass and audio recordings. This research allowed us to conclude that coorporative learning, linked to the use of mobile devices was favorable for the interaction of the students and enable the development of attitudes and deepening of biological content. It became clear that students present difficulties in carrying out group work and need guidance to do it efficiently. The results of the research show that the use of smartphone with the techniques of coorporative learning can hel students and teachers in evercoming problems and that such activity has potential for replication in other curricular components.
