Resumo

The present study had as general objective to study the educational influence in the processes The subject of school management is constantly on the agenda in the academic environment, especially the management facing the prospect of democracy. As a matter of interest to society and the schools in our city, ourselves to examine it from the assumptions that we consider fundamental to the interests of actors school: how to hold the autonom y and participation in public schools state -of Manacapuru - AM. We started the study of classic authors of the policy to understand the state, the Public Policy and Social repercussions of the economy the size of the corpus school. Exposed the variables th at affect the administration of the school, its challenges and contradictions. We identified the main factors that guide the work of school administrators and the reality observed compared with the position of theoretical area of education. Do not fail to show how the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 to seek refuge in school management and democratic manner regulates its application through the Act of 9394/96 Guidelines and Bases of National Education. We approached the subject by the historical method - critical to the employment of the research literature, documentary research and field research. Data collected through interviews and observations showed that in the democratic management in schools is still a major challenge for education. The actors agree that school is a big step, but the position of disbelief by some shows will not want to change, mainly because of the choice of managers occur with vestiges of patronage. We decided to conduct this study in two schools in the rural area and two schools in th e urban area of Manacapuru-AM. At the end, as proposed contribution to the change in administrative practices, especially managers, listed some actions that can be easily implemented and taken seriously to promote participation and the purs uit of democratic management, the school unattended.
