Resumo
This paper aims to propose a better model for service to communities that have installed telecommunications systems that need periodic, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the execution of new projects. It is justified the implantation of poles located in the river channels in the state of Amazonas, and identify the variables that explain the location, through day-to-day experiences, as manager of a company that provides maintenance services and implementation of telecommunications systems, verified through data collected through spreadsheets, referring to costs and time of access by location. An Applied Statistical Method was used, showing the average costs of two proposed models, being that of Sub-Regions and Poles, the model was applied in two situations, in the Sub-Region of Lower Amazon and in Pole III, a the mathematical model of location, where most of the models found in the literature, deal with the explicit modeling of the synergy between the activities of an industrial cluster. The localities were served with the mentioned services without prolonged interruptions, justification presented due to the difficulties of the logistics of access to the localities (communities). Observing that the mean value and standard deviation of the Lower Amazon Subregion in the period of the flood was: mean value = $ 64,473.96 and the standard deviation = $ 4,224.09. The mean value and standard deviation of the Polo III in the period of the Flood was: average value = $ 46,421.35 and the standard deviation = $ 3,041.12, thus it is evident that costs were reduced by approximately 28% , the standard deviation was much lower in the costs related to Pole III in the period of the Full, in relation to the values delimited to the Lower Amazon Subregion. In the same way, it was observed that the mean value and standard deviation of the Lower Amazon Subregion in the Vazante period was: mean value = 81,734.50 and the standard deviation = 10,673.26. The mean value and standard deviation of the Polo III in the period of the Vazante was: average value = 58,894.67 and the standard deviation = 7,637.21, it is evident that costs were reduced by approximately 28% the standard deviation was much lower than the costs related to Pole III in the period of the Vazante, in relation to the values delimited to the Sub-Region of the Lower Amazon. With the Statistical Method that was applied, it was evidenced the goal of minimizing costs by 28%, even though only two models were used as sampling, which are the costs of the Sub-Region and the Polo of higher cost, during the flood and ebb periods of the rivers, was implemented for all Sub-Regions and for the Nine Poles, thus we find that the results were satisfactory.
