Otimização do processo de inovação para projetos internos em empresas

Abstract

The objective is to describe its feasibility from its modeling, especially in the fifteen (15) internal innovation projects of the SENAI Waldemiro Lustoza School (ESWL), in Manaus, Brazil. For that, the scientific paper was written: "Optimization of the Innovation Process for Internal Projects in Companies," published in 2016 by Revista Información Tecnológica. A literature review was carried out on the scope of innovation and on the main types of industrial innovation, namely open and closed innovation. A case study was also carried out at the ESWL through the open innovation model, where it was possible to highlight the favorable scenarios for the development of the projects and the main difficulties encountered that have the capacity to paralyze an innovation project. As a result, it was evidenced in the scientific article that most of the projects find difficulties to be placed on the market and from these findings a method was created for the development of internal industrial innovation projects.
