Resumo

Although the massive investments in other modalities of transport aiming at to integrate the Amazon region to the remain of the country, the fluvial transport still predominates in the activities developed in the State of Amazon, either in direct way, with the involved citizens in the fluvial transport of passengers, as the shipowners, members of the crew and passengers; or in indirect way, with the agriculturists and its familiar ones that they need the transport for the sales of its products, beyond the fieriness and inhabitants of the city of Manaus that use diverse resources carried for it saw fluvial. If it cannot deny the Amazonia suffered substantial changes, that had also occurred in relation to the transport, that does not run away from the capitalist logic of transformation of the space. The dynamics of the transport in the Amazonian fluvial net was investigated during the research, main routes, connections and the conditions for the maintenance of the enterprise. In this direction, we use as analytical bases for the research the category Space and the concepts of Technique, Flow and Nets, that come being a very used way of analysis in Geography, which had its capacity to understand the joint between the places, therefore the society, as well as the ways of transports, is organized in nets. For this work we use as main sources of attainment of data the field work, from interviews and trips in the boats; e visits the competent agencies. We take as starting point for analysis the Port of the Modern Manaus, since the flow of the Amazonian navigation happens predominantly from this port, we choose thus, five main gutters for study, for in them being inserted important routes that are on to the functioning of the pertaining cities to the gutter. Something that marks the traditional transport fluvial Amazonian, beyond other factors is me the attendance condition and of physical condition of the boats, generally the boats are dirty, lines exist to eat, and most of the time the trips are slow. The transport of the traditional boats is carried through in mixing way, stopping in diverse localities, for load and discharge of people, objects and products. However, from the carried through inquiry we perceive the growth of the Express boats, that prioritizes the transport for passengers, thus, the trips are faster, but they present a bigger cost for the passengers. These boats are gifts in some routes of the regional transport, of certain form, breaching with the long trips between the cities. What it makes possible this type of lighter and faster boat to be is that it is made with intention to mainly carry people, the increase of the search of this segment of the Amazonian fluvial navigation has been a constant, thus having, a change in the standard of navigation of the Amazonia, therefore some displacements who were made in days, are carried through by these boats in some hours. Of this form, a trend of expansion of this modality in other routes in the Amazonia is perceived, basically binding the main cities to the Manaus capital, greater origin market and destination of passengers
