Abstract

The Psychodynamics of Work postulate that work occupy the center position on formation from subjectivity of the individual, influencing directly the construction of the identity from the subject.For the Psychodynamics from the work is fundamental, for that reason, understand the way how is structured the organization of the work Which the individual is inserted is very important, because, from this comprehension it turns available the understanding from the process of subjectivation, and also the production of health and pathologies from the work. In front of the suffering that the the contradictions on the work organization may cause to the worker, he needs to react. For this, it mobilize his subjectivity in the propose to minimize the effects from the work organization. Is exactly in this mobilization where the individual can reach the pleasure, for making use from his capability and creativity to transform the work organization. The research method proposed by the Psychodynamics of Work is the Clinic of the Psychodynamics of Work, realized by collective sections with the evolved workers Which the investigation is from the word. This work has by objective, in general, identify the conditions that increase the suffering in the work from the workers on the determinate company, proposing as well the followings specifics objectives: To characterize the work organization;identify the defensive strategies used by the workers to minimize the suffering caused by work; specify the facing strategies used by them; and put in evidence the possible pathologies may occurs in the work organization. This research counts with twelve workers, six from the incoming area, four from the separation area and two from the expedition area. Where realized ten sections, in the workplace, once for week in a total of three months and half, with a duration of 1 hours and fifteen minutes each section. The memorial, notes, observation and the transcriptions from the sections were recorded and analysed by the Psychodynamics of Work, using the clinic analysis from the work for the organization of the material. The results indicates the existence of a work organization with a really tight prescriptions and procedures and the inflexible control on the time and rhythm of work, generates tension on the workers in general. Even with all the prescriptions created with the propose to control the process, the people and the effort to avoid mistakes, the workers exposed some gaps between the prescription and the real work, besides, the collective of work show the absence of a space to deliberate and argue about these issues, for consequence, the cooperation become weak. As a contribution from this study,is possible to mention the construction of a new knowledge in this study field, as no previously study was found of Psychodynamics of work from logistic workers.
