Análise estática e dinâmica de estrutura metálica tensionada com cobertura de telhas alternativas

Resumo

The present research had as objective to analyze a prototype of tensioned metallic structure constituted by purlins of CA-60 steel wire and made roof tiles of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). This study involved static deformation behavior and a dynamic analysis of modal parameters. Therefore, a static data analysis was carried out through a LVDT displacement sensor, comparator clocks and data acquisition system. The effects of punctual loads under the structure were studied using masses of 1 kg, 2 kg and 3 kg. On the other hand, in the dynamic analysis the structure was subjected to the effect of free oscillation by impact of a mass. A data acquisition system with three accelerometers was used at different and equidistant points where the Fourier spectrum of the frequencies was obtained. For both cases, a computational numerical evaluation was performed through the FEM using SAP2000 software. Therefore, the behavior regarding the imposition of loads in the structure, natural frequencies and the vibration modes were determined by the computational numerical model, which were compared with the obtained results in the experimental analysis. The results showed a good correlation between those obtained in the computational numerical model and the respective experimental ones.
