Resumo

Artisanal mining is a worldwide activity that includes about 20 million prospectors and gold up to 450 tons/year of environment. At the risk of mercury, cyanide (CN) can be volatile and offers no environmental buildup. Novas have been researching being used in mining, and producing "cyanide" of natural origin from humanity to replace the use of mercury in mining, this contains glycosides that generate cyanide and that can be to leach or gold -the ionic form for subsequent recovery with the use of activated carbon and electrolysis. The aim of this study was to review the literature and general aspects of the application of the survey of biotechnology to mining and the new biotechnological perspectives to artisanal mining; Screening of free cyanide variations in Amazonian variations; Protocol definition for well-proposed cyanide proposal: low model for the bioeconomy (eco) of the Amazon considering as a forecast of natural green execution of the geographic region and execution of ecotechnology for use as a mitigation proposal, considering/eradication of implementation cost period, phytomediation potential and stability of liquid-stable facilities. The methodology applied (chapter I phase 1 of the project) in the field research for collecting high free cyanide cassava, phase 2: analysis of the influence of ph on the stabilization of free cn from the level readings of cassava and then made free cyanide using the res of colorimetric kits of the brand comparators Chemetrics, in (chapter II) was search for data on cassava productivity in Brazil in presentations from public agencies, compiling the data and official results of the distribution of cassava production in Brazil, consideration about the products generated and presented as potentialities in the regional use of Amazonas. having as combined factors: (Chapter I) variations of cassava (water available and that) create net in the theories; Six genotypes (varieties) of cassava with high cyanide content were identified: rr1 250 ppm; rr2 350 ppm; rr3 450 ppm; rr4 325; rr5 750ppm and Despite rr6 900 ppm, the variety code and cyanide in ppm respectively of high peaks of ppm concentration at different times, it was observed that there is no time 3 (3 hours of test start) if the higher cyanide content for most cassava samples. (Chapter) It is possible to find abundant cyan products in (stem, leaves and roots) of cassava – an edible plant from the Amazon, and 111 generating 334 thousand tons of CN-, New altogenic models can contribute to synthesize products of high added technological value in the industry or agribusiness of cassava and income generation for the Amazonians, mainly for the Amazonians.
