Qualificação profissional e empregabilidade no polo de duas rodas da ZFM

Abstract

This study analyzed the relationship between vocational qualification and employability, in order to identify this relationship in the context of two wheels pole of Manaus free trade Zone. For this study, we chose the empirical and theoretical approach. The theoretical approach took place in two phases: the first involved some aspects of productive restructuring, in particular, the consequences of this change in worker profile required by the labor market; in the second time, presented studies on the subject in different Brazilian industrial sectors, which served as the basis for a subsequent comparative analysis with the object of study. For the empirical approach, were selected two companies in the industry of two wheels with greater representativeness in production and sales, of which 8 were selected a total of workers responsible for different areas of HR industry, who responded to the interview semi-structured, providing data relevant to this study. The search resulted in the understanding that the contemporary presents us a reality different from that made in taylors environments, since the introduction of new technologies and new ways to produce focused on flexibility, quality, versatility, among others, demand a new kind of professional, which will mean directly under the conditions of admission and stay in employment, making them increasingly selective. Data on professional qualification pointed out that associated with the technical knowledge gives rise to the notion of competence which, today, is linked to the concept of employability.
