Projeto simultâneo em edificações: uma proposta de monitoramento na Universidade Federal do Amazonas

Abstract

The management and coordination of the building projects process are essential to achieve the excellence of on edification, as they involve the elaboration stages, the organization of the work team and the tools to consolidate the activities that result in the final product. The building projects process of public institutions has peculiarities resulting from the restrictions imposed by the Law of Tenders, and other requirements. Considering the legal mechanisms that need to be met, a systematic proposal was formulated for the management and coordination of building projects that cover project phases, tools, responsible and deadline, having as theoretical reference the main bibliographic sources, Brasil (2014), Fabricio (2002), Melhado (2001) and PMBOK (2017), that deal with subjects involving process models, management and coordination of projects, complemented by studies on the peculiarities that the public sector is subject to and analysis of the building projects process of a public institution, prioritizing the use of the concept of the Simultaneous Project. In this way, it is hoped to improve the integration between the stages of the building projects process, the interfaces with client, between the disciplines and agents involved and between project and work.
