Trabalho interdisciplinar e identidade sociocultural: uma análise do atendimento às famílias no campo sociojurídico em Manaus/AM

Abstract

In contemporary times, it is still quite significant number of people who leave the countryside to live in urban areas, major cities. This change produces changes and socio-cultural impacts that directly interfere in relations / family conflict. In this sense, the research that now presents itself aims to examine the interdisciplinary work of the Center for Reconciliation of family courts , sought to apprehend the perception of professionals about the socio-cultural specificities of the Amazonian rural family." Regarding the academic / scientific relevance of the work, we can mention: 1) production of theoretical subsidies to assist in the professional practice of social worker and psychologist in the legal field . 2) provide subsidies to assist in the discussion of service users in various occupational areas in which they operate and Social Assistant Psychologists, considering the socio-cultural aspect. The study presents a qualitative and exploratory nature, it worked the universe of meanings, motives, aspirations, beliefs, values and attitudes of the subject-object under study. The research process was conducted in three different methodological stages, however interconnected, namely: 1st phase : started on the preliminary procedures of investigation, were these: literature review, definition and first contact as a locus of research, as well as key subjects, development of instrumental, project approval by the City. 2nd phase: implementation of field research, by applying the instrumental along with the key subject of research. 3rd phase: analysis of survey data and completion of the dissertation. As the main results of the survey, it was found that there is a weakness in interdisciplinary work at the Center for Conciliation, becoming more like a multi-disciplinary action. Although noted, through the accounts of family members, the family of rural origin has specificities that differ from the rural areas because of their socio-cultural dimension, it was identified that some professionals fail to recognize these differences. This non-recognition demonstrates the fragility of the teaching / learning granted in the course of the academic / scientific process in relation to the topic under study. From this perspective, the study aims to contribute to thinking about the work of the Center for Conciliation, since this directly affects the working lives of individuals who seek the assistance of legal services.
