A aplicação da solução WM - Wisdom Maker como ferramenta de melhoria contínua na gestão de produção: um estudo de caso na Palladium Energy Eletrônica da Amazônia LTDA

Abstract

Changes in the economic scenario in Brazil and the rest of developing countries suffered constant and considerable changes in the patterns and levels of competition in various sectors of industry. The main consubstantial changes stand out in production processes with regard to the reorganization seeking cost savings and maximize results. It is in this context that companies adopt lean manufacturing models settling a trend towards denationalization of large enterprises, and focusing on the development of new competitive strategies and policy formulation compatible to their functional areas. Thus, the deployment tools aimed at efficiency and increased productivity in the manufacturing line becomes a differential to compete in the various segments of the global market. In this conjecture, the present study aims to present the results from the case study of the implementation of a production system in Palladium Energy of Amazonia Electronics Ltda. The approach is based on research of complex adaptive systems with the presentation of how the mapping of the production line can be realized by integrating system support from the electronics to the production management, highlighting the value chain and improving the be deployed in specific phase of assembly of electronic components. It is expected that the main expected result is the performance of the production process through the system management directed to the improvement demonstrating the cultural implementation of new organizational knowledge on the alternative applicability for a lean manufacturing in the manufacturing industry.
