Resumo
In what way do experiences experienced in a program of initiation to teaching - PIBID can influence the (trans) formation of physics teachers, in what refers to "becoming" a teacher? To answer this question, this work will investigate how the PIBID impacts the teacher training from the experiences lived by pibidians of a degree in Physics of the Federal University of the West of Pará, through the use of narratives, since this program is constituted as a space of (trans) formation, obtained through the reflection on the teaching practice, since at the end of each developed activity one can make a feedback highlighting the main difficulties presented, as well as proposition of improvements of the actions. From the perspective of the narratives expressed in our memories we can understand the problems of formation through a deep look of who we are rescued through memory, (trans) forming us. I also emphasize that (trans) formation requires not losing sight of what constitutes us. The interlocutors of this research are former PIBID grantees including supervisors. From the interviews the ex-pibidianos pointed out gaps in the teacher training in the graduation, but indicated that the PIBID was an important space for the teaching structure of the same. That is, it was a space of constant (trans) teacher training, given that through it the scholars had contact with several different activities not shown in the graduation, but that were essential for the development of being a teacher when they started their careers.
