Desempenho acústico, térmico, lumínico e o estilo arquitetônico adotado para a Região Amazônica nas edificações de casas populares em Porto Velho/RO

Abstract

In recent decades the companies of civil construction developed building techniques for constructions of popular houses that meet the needs of quantity and time of public administrators. The problematizing raised in this work is on the typology and the constructive system of housing provided by construction companies for the State of Rondônia is adequate for the climatology of the Amazon region. For the formulation of the work was performed measurements and survey of documentary housing programs, federal and state, and that the results collected will meet the acoustic performance, thermal and luminous. The study analyzed the architectural typology hierarchical which does not take into account the sociocultural characteristics of amazônidas rondonienses. The results of the analyzes performed after the measurements by equipment "in loco" permitted to verify that the housing units showed thermal and acoustic performance unsuitable with values that were up to 72.5 dB(A) and (37.9 IBTG) numbers above the standards and that only in performance luminous were obtained appropriate values with maximum number of 158 (LUX), a value below the Brazilian norms, and that in this way, the techniques and the constructive process were not suitable for this region. In the aspect architectural, design of the housing project in the city of Porto Velho, further enhances the patchwork of styles and materials used in the constructive process does not favor the performance of housing popular resulting in higher cost to residents for acclimatization it.
