Sistema digital de registro de visitação turística: estudo de caso do Palacete Provincial da cidade de Manaus

Abstract

In the city of Manaus, the visitation data of cultural spaces are obtained through the signature books that are later digitized. The tabulation of this data presents problems of interpretation of the visitor's spelling, as well as the long time taken to transcribe them to digital tables. This data is important to help you strategize to better serve and engage your audience. The objective of the research is to facilitate the collection, analysis and interpretation of data from the visiting public of Manaus city museums through the development of an application software. The research considers two methodologies: the scientific and design project development, organized in three phases: Phase I Preparation: which comprises the research in literature review, elaboration of the diagnosis of the situation (data collection survey of users' needs - secretariat). culture and visitors); Phase II Intervention: proposal of the computer application; Phase III Evaluation: case study so that technical, function and usability aspects could be considered. As for the proposed application development method, Design Thinking steps were used to insert some Scrum method activities. The validation of the study is given through a case study conducted in the Palacete Provincial public space, as well as usability testing according to Nielsen (2008) and the ergonomic criteria defined by Bastien and Scapin (2008).
