Resumo

The choice of camu-camu (Myrciaria dubia (HBK) as a theme is due to the fact that this fruit has the highest content of vitamin C and its benefits being linked to this vitamin, and can be used as a medicine for: virial infections (colds and flu); asthma, gingivitis, among others, in which the benefits are: antioxidant effect, eliminates toxins in the body, helps to prevent the appearance of cataract, among others. The production and distribution stages of this resource, from extraction to consumption, point out how this biological resource has real or potential value of economic utility.camu-camu (Myrciaria dubia (HBK) analysis of how capital expands through the process of production and exchange, since it is in the identification of the subjects (subject and subject) that a the contradictions and capitalist relations of production. And the market appears as the meeting place of these contradictory relations, since it is an institution that intends to dominate society by transforming labor, land, and money into commodities. Camu-camu is a pre-condition for various production chains, such as: fruit pulps, soft drinks, medicines, vitamin C, liqueurs and so on, so it is a raw material and a natural resource. It is necessary to identify the products based on camu-camu and their production processes, because the way in which they are produced is the condition (economic, social, political, regulatory, technological, among others) necessary to identify the type of production chain, in which circuit of the economy is inserted, and if the product and its derivatives presents itself as a biotechnological innovation in the market. The society-nature relationship has to be understood as the basis of society's own reproduction, whether or not it can subordinate the logic of economic production, but it certainly participates in a broader production involving space. The theoretical-methodological foundations are of spatial analysis (gravitationality, location, value, networks, flows, scales), associated with the collection of bibliographies on the agrarian and economic processes. Camu-camu presents itself in this mercantilization of nature, on a local scale, and state as an idle resource in the Amazon vegetal biodiversity, that is, camu-camu presents itself as an unused natural resource, being an economic potentiality. This idleness is also present by the competition of bioproducts in the commodification of nature, where camu-camu does not present itself as a consolidated productive chain in the Brazilian Amazon as it happens with: Açaí, Castanha, Andiroba, Cupuaçu, Guaraná and others; which, in turn, present favorable conditions structured in national and international markets, and of expressive potentiality to compose part of the market demand of the bioindustry
