Abstract

This work has the theme "proposal of a strategic map based on the SWOT analysis of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Amazon - Campus Coari." The research discusses the administrative processes and the consequences of planning the administrative dynamics of the Institute. The relevance is scope in the context of the average micro Solimões where the IFAM Campus Coari is inserted. The aim of this study was to propose the development of a strategic map based on the SWOT analysis of the IFAM Campus Coari, from comparisons of the SWOT analysis of similar institutions. The research is bibliographical, documentary, using IFAM information. As a result we sought a strategic map suitable to the reality of this unit of the Federal Institute.
