Resumo
In this paper, we analyze the relationships established policies in the Amazon during the transition from imperial to republican regime. From this perspective, we understand the approach adopted by representatives of local politics before the new order that began, bringing with it new possibilities for alliances partisan political center of power in the newly opened state. That done, we discuss the conspiracies and joints provided by these politicians, targeting only the benefits offered by state power, began to antagonize constantly resulting in some armed conflicts. As a way to understand the actions that resulted in the constant pounding in the first moments of the Republic Amazon direct our initial discussion for the past two years of imperial rule in order to identify the main political party and compositions that governmental regime, as they behaved before the Republican spread in the province, and later their positions by the announcement on November 21, 1889 the new political order. From this setting, we have established an approach to the successive changes of governors and opposition of interests between civilians and military in the race for state administration. Finally, we propose to analyze the troubled government of Eduardo Ribeiro, this government characterized by constant conflicts and machinations between the representatives of the Democratic Party and the National Party, who staged some frames as the policies that became known as "Rocket Congress."
