Virtualização e simulação de processos produtivos em Plant Simulation: estudo de caso em setor de lentes no Polo Industrial de Manaus

Resumo

Continuous improvement is a practice that is present in industrial daily routine and production processes, and it must be applied with a multidisciplinary team engaged for this purpose, since there are constant changes in nowadays processes, justified by different demands and market fluctuations, as well as new product implementations. In this context, the optimization of an industrial process is essential to ensure the quality and stability of the products developed there, as well as to keep the corporation in the competitive market level. Based on this assumption, the present work seeks to propose a model for decision-making in a production line from an optical branch industry of the Industrial Pole of Manaus. This model was obtained through virtualization, supported by a mathematical and computational modeling and with the consequent simulation of this process. This objective will be guided by the following specific objectives: I) Perform a systematic review of the bibliography related to virtualization and virtual commissioning. II) Globally analyze the process of a factory's production line and collect information for the construction of the mathematical and computational model. III) Model and virtualize production systems in the Plant Simulation ™. IV) Obtain a model for simulations, intervention analysis and company planning. The literature review will be the main foundation for the continuity of the research. Discrete simulation software will be used, seeking the best cost/benefit so that there is an increase in customer satisfaction and a reduction in variability and operating costs. The main result obtained was a virtualized model of the production line that presents a small difference of 1.07% if compared to the real model.
