Resumo
The present study entitled Identity and subjectivity in the Parfor teacher-student formation
process, in the municipality of Tefé (AM), starts from an interdisciplinary articulation where
the fields of Education, Sociology and Psychology are discussed, with the objective of
analyzing the Action of this subject before the complex sociocultural scenario currently
crossed by a series of elements often contradictory. The field of research is the city of Tefé,
Medio Solimões, as well as the Training and appreciation Program of Basic Education
Teachers (Parfor) in operation. The theoretical framework is anchored ….. The research
methodology that consists of a qualitative approach, without overlooking the more objective
data ordered in tables and data, was articulated from three moments that are related:
bibliographical research that referred to the epistemological construction in focus;
Documentary research that included a survey and analysis of the records (socio-economic
questionnaires) of the teacher-students in formation along with the coordination of Parfor in
Tefé; And field research where we make observations of the training context, as well as the
interviews with 12 teacher-students, in order to understand more densely the relationships
woven between epistemic subjects in their life space and professional training. It was verified
the varied immersion of these teachers, both the experienced and the temporary, who have
their knowledges re-signified during the formation process, transforming their perceptions of
what it is to be a teacher in a new self image of themselves and being in the profession.
