Resumo
The Thesis of this investigation contributes with a focus on digital technologies, focusing on technological mobility and its transformations in a world that is cloud, hypertext, video, series, production and sharing of information in real time, in the processes of ubiquity and technological convergence. Thus, in this thesis we point out the need to look back at the production of knowledge in Higher Education through the relationship of three concepts inherent to the contemporary world: Educommunication, Technological mobility/Mobile Technology and Innovation. This view is the result of the perception that the interface between the three concepts increases and deepens in the increasingly complex society of Digital Information and Communication Technologies, TDICs. From the perspective of training citizens, whose training necessarily requires them to be creative, autonomous and with different skills and competencies to deal with the digital world and its transformations, the investigative problem arises, which is based on: How have IESPs in Roraima worked with educommunication processes and technological mobility/mobile technology with a view to Innovation in undergraduate courses? Our methodological architecture is based on Content Analysis (Bardin, 1977) and the investigation was carried out at the three public universities in Roraima (UERR, IFRR and UFRR) where we sought to identify the three concepts, through analysis of the Institutional Development Plan ( PDI) and the Institutional Pedagogical Project (PPI) of each institution, with semi-structured interviews with the Undergraduate Deans and application of questionnaires with a sample of professors and students from the three universities. The objectives that supported this research were: 1. Identify the proposals present in the PDI and PPI and the operationalization of the uses of technological mobility/Mobile technology in undergraduate teaching at IESP/RR; 2. Verify the implementation of Innovation proposals in teaching-learning; 3. Identify the interfaces of Innovation, technological mobility/Mobile technology in educommunicational processes between students and teachers in undergraduate education at IESP/RR; 4. Analyze how the management of IESPs interpret/view innovation proposals and the use of technological mobility/Mobile technology in educommunication processes with teachers and undergraduate students at IESPS/RR. Technology plays a significant role in education, promoting continuous learning and innovation, essential for the skills required in Higher Education. Education is the tool for transformation, enabling students to understand and change the world. Therefore, the training of critical and specialized individuals is vital for global competitiveness and, especially in the Amazon region, for sustainable development, with respect for the environment.
