Resumo
The changes that have taken place in the economy in recent years also remind us of changes in
the educational field. Companies face rapid changes in technology, increased customer
expectations, and the scale of competitive pressures. As the educational system has not
accompanied the development of new products and technologies at the same speed, the business
community invests and stimulates the professional training of its partners and employees. This
work aimed to propose a strategic support tool to implement Corporate Education in
organizations. Through a comparative study of the models of the Corporate Universities of the
Bank of Brazil, Ambev and Caixa Econômica Federal in the aspects: mission, objectives and
investments. As a result, the proposed model suggests that the variety of technologies allows to
compose several structures, using the following components: educational portal, online learning
management system, previously studied educational agenda, external evaluation service and
value aggregation Inclusion of the organization's value chain (suppliers, customers, employees,
contractors and the general public) in its educational agenda or in special training programs.
