Avaliação abrangente da composição lipídica do Tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum)

Resumo

The chemical composition of Amazonian fish is a modern problem due to variable components depending on the environmental conditions, therefore, an analytical analysis capable of providing robust data on their lipid composition is essential. In this context, tambaqui (Colossoma macromum) is a composition of the same, has resources in the region and more country, has a great impact on the economy, however it has great value, still scarce in terms of its lip composition. With this, the project aims to contribute with a holistic analytical approach to tambaqui lipids. The management environments were acquired at the Manaus Moderna municipal fair and selected using the Bligh & Dyer method of receiving total lipids. A part of the mass extract and derivation to the hydrolysis process, being a hydrolysis spectrum in order to determine the content of the main fatty compounds (FAMES). Another raw portion was sent to a fractionation via high efficiency emission, no phase lip spectrometry, and direct emission analysis chromatography, and mass coupled high efficiency emission analysis chromatography (HPLC-MS) operating in phase. non-aqueous reverse. As a result of the GC-MS analysis, 6 main FAMEs were determined, related to palmitic (C161n-7), palmitoic (C161n-7), stearic (C18:0), oleic (C18:1-9), linoleic ( C18:2n-6) and gondoic (C20:1n-9), totaling more than 80% of the organic fish composition of management and wild fish. On the other hand, a significantly higher total fat content was observed for the handling tambaqui (38.9 mg/g fillet) compared to the fillet tambaqui (1.1 mg/g fillet). Through the alternatives of DIMS and HP from the list of lipids, oleic and palmitic mostly, which is composed of a presence of linoleic acid/such as LLO/LOL and PLnO, which is consistent with the presence of linoleic, oleic, palmitic and stearic acid. which corroborates the data found through the GC-MS analysis. Thus, the methodology proposed for work proved to be efficient in the comprehensive evaluation of the lipid profile of tambaqui.
