Memórias em pop-up: A/R/tografia presente no processo criativo dos alunos da rede pública

Resumo

This Dissertation is the result of the research project entitled Memories in pop-up: A/r/tography present in the creative process of public school students, which deals with a proposal that approaches the concept of memories by Henri Bergson (2006), having as a guiding question: how to generate an artistic object known as pop-up by students, involving memories told by old people, from reports, illustrations, paintings, photographs, promoted by the meeting of generations between grandchildren and grandparents? The objective is to work with the categories referring to memories, life stories, a/r/tography and old age referenced in the works presented in the first exhibition of the Amazonian artist Hadna Abreu entitled – Linhas do Tempo held in 2013. The intervention proposal consists of select Elementary School II students to work on these issues based on the students' interaction with their grandparents. Six (6) 9th grade students were chosen, coming from the Getúlio Vargas State School, the research site. The methodological approach of a/r/tography by Rita Irwin (2013), applied to the creative process of Elementary School II students, in the Arts Curriculum Component. Bergson's concept of memories (2006) helps us to remember in the form of memories the memories that are unveiled in the interviews carried out by the students guided by a script that were recorded in a field notebook. From this process, the a/r/tographic approach, by Rita Irwin (2013), was put into practice, which allowed the development of a creative practice where students and teacher established connections in search of an understanding in the form of a work of art manifests in a pop-up book. The methodological choice is given by the use of a semi-structured interview script that the students received, so that the interview would not become tiring and could guide the dialogue between young and old. The proposal sought to promote the meeting of generations in the midst of memories recalled by the elderly, based on the productions elaborated by the students of authorial pieces expressed in pop-up based on the first exhibition – Linhas do Tempo by the Amazonian artist Hadna Abreu, exhibited in the year of 2013. From these experiences and elaboration of the creative process, it generated a final product called pop-up, a kind of book, made individually and authorally based on the analysis of the works of the Amazonian artist Hadna Abreu.
