A representação social de tecnologia

Abstract

Hereby the presented research characterized by qualitative and quantitative approach and It aims to analyze the social representation of technology in Manaus‘s /NTE (trainers and course participants). It is showed a Draw on Social Representation as theoretical and methodological axis, its mechanisms of formation and structure to grasp the meaning of the term materiality and technology. Therefore during the data collection, we have interviewed 70 teachers, who also are attending the process of implementation of Core Technology Municipal (NTM) in the state of Amazonas. The tools and techniques applied on this process are: systematic observation, registering, semi-structured interviews, techniques of free association, content analysis and the epistemological Bourdieu's theory. The results obtained with the development of this research indicate the coexistence of two senses of the term technology, first one as a product (Hardware) and as a process (Software) management strategies, didactics‘ interactions and mediations.
