Geograficidades, urbanidades rurais e campesinidade no modo de vida dos moradores da Comunidade de Santa Maria de Vila Amazônia (Parintins/AM)

Abstract

The present work has for base the research realized at community of Santa Maria de Vila Amazônia, located in the rural zone of the county of Parintins. The research had for main objective to understand how the residents from the community of Santa Maria de Vila Amazônia perceive and conceive their lived space in front of the transformations occurred in the community infrastructure. Besides this, as secondary objectives, sought understand how to keep the campesinity between the residents from the community considering the changes occurred into their way of life; identify what is the impacts promoted by the urbanities on rural into the daily of the residents from the community of Santa Maria; understand how it has been constructed the collective identity of the residents from the community from the conception of place and geographicity. Therefore, we base ourselves in qualitative research through the focus of the Humanist Cultural Geography approach in the methodological perspective of the phenomenology, using bibliographic surveys and fields practices, with interviews, participating observations and iconographic surveys. Thus, we observed a community characterized by multiples territorialities, that create and recreate places, from the geographicity by the residents, that living daily that space. The place here gave rise is that showed by the ideas from Relph and Tuan, which in turn, based himself in the idea of lived space from Dardel work. Thereby, we will show here how the physiognomy of place at the community of Santa Maria influence and it’s influenced by the ways of life from the local residents.
