Resumo
This work presents some reflections on the use of remote teaching in state public school in Humaitá, in the context of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) period 2020-2021, and tries to find a link between what is theorized for this modality of teaching and the pratical reality in the classroom environment. On the strategies used by teachers to mediate knowledge with students in the teaching-learning process. It also sought to find out if the school/education system presented the infrastructure conditions that enable the application of these strategies and if they provided support to the teachers. As specific objectives that helped guide the investigation, we analyzed how remote teaching was applied, we raised the aspects (positive/negative) about remote teaching. To build the work of searching for references to make the theoretical basis of this master’s thesis, the idea arose to search the literature of universities in the north of the country, such as the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM), Federal University of Rondônia (UNIR) works published in 2020-2021 and that deal with the topic of remote teaching, which is the research topic that this author focuses on to make his reflections and discussions, and these publications inspired the theoretical framework for discussion with selected authors. This research was guided by a qualitative approach, as it sought to understand how and what were the strategies used for teaching in remote teaching at State School Álvaro Maia. The data collection process involved a bibliographic and field survey, as well as the use of a semi-structured questionnaire with the teachers of the school where the research was carried out. The bibliographical research made possible the dialogue with the theorists who already discuss this theme, when making an indepth analysis of the object under study and expanding the discussions and reflections to build or deconstruct what is known about this teaching modality that for now replaced the traditional teaching model in the reality of the southern region of Amazonas.
