The present Dissertation meant to understand the criticism built by Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900), on democracy and its relationship with the school management in Brazil,
as well as contextualize democracy as to your concept and history; interpret the democratic principles under the confrontation of Nietzschean thinking; criticize the democracy and the democratic State of law against the Nietzschean interfaces; and analyze the Brazilian Democratic school management from the Nietzschean perspective. These objectives guided this theoretical research though of triangulation of methods that consisted in conducting bibliographic and documentary research subsidized by Hermeneutics. The research focused especially on the Nietzschean works like Human, All Too Human (2006), The Wanderer and His Shadow (2007), Beyond Good and Evil ( 2007), Twilight of Idols ( 2007), On the Genealogy of Morality ( 2007), The Use and Abuse of History for Life (2008), Schopenhauer as Educator (2008). These references served as an interpretative and critical basis for the Brazilian educational dilemmas that permeate democracy, as the foundation of school Democratic Management. The Brazilian Federal constitution of 1988 and the Law of guidelines and Bases of the National Educational-LDB (law 9394/96) were the selected documents for this comparison that deepened in the pedagogical political project and the school council.
