A constituição formativa de um professor do ensino público : recorte de suas vivências profissionais

Resumo

The present research is a (self) biographical narrative, where I seek to narrate my academic and professional trajectory in public education in the State of Amazonas, which was developed with the Graduate Program in Education (PPGE), of the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM), in Research Line 3: Training and Praxis of the Educator in the Face of Amazonian Challenges. It arises from the following question: how was my pedagogue training process constituted in the articulation between being and pedagogical work experienced as a professional in basic education and higher education in the State of Amazonas? To this end, the general objective is: To narrate the constitution of my pedagogue training process in the articulation between being and pedagogical work experienced as a professional in Basic Education and Higher Education in the State of Amazonas. In this process, the following specific objectives were developed: Describe how the trajectory in the educational field took place, from entering basic school to accessing Higher Education in the pedagogy degree course at FACED / UFAM. Reflect on the process of (self) teacher training from my performance as a pedagogue of Basic Education and Higher Education in the State of Amazonas. This is a qualitative approach research (Coutinho, 2014; Oliveira, 2007; Yin, 2003), with a methodological design of narrative research of the (auto)biographical type (Ferreira, 2006; Gozanga, 2021), where I narrate some formative experiences and professional experiences during my personal, academic and professional trajectory, through description and reflection of this formative process in the educational field constituted in public education in the Amazonian context. Therefore, it is concluded that my (auto)biographical narratives of teacher training constitute a philosophical, cultural, political and emancipatory process and, in this sense, assumed a scientific pedagogical character committed to the formation of citizens, consequently, of teachers in the Amazonian context.
