A Psicologia Escolar problematizando o processo de judicialização dos conflitos escolares

Resumo

This research sought to verify the perceptions of teachers regarding the process of judicialization of education. The theoretical basis of the research is delineated in three axes of foundation: the first axis considers important aspects about the Brazilian public school in its diverse social transformations, bringing reflections on autonomy, decentralization, collectivity and the capacity for human transformation to the detriment of exclusion and oppression, based on the psychosocial and liberation perspective of Martín-Baró .; the second axis makes a brief explanation of a form of power that has found a place in educational spaces and has acted in the sense of producing “innocent” or “guilty” subjects, intensifying the criminalization of actions, from surveillance to so- called deviant behaviors, in an attempt to judicialize and discipline life; and, finally, the third axis considers some important elements about the psychologist's performance at school as strategies to face phenomena that are already crystallized in the school context, in order to promote new ways of acting. The research in question was developed in a public school located in a popular neighborhood in the city of Manaus, AM. González Rey's constructive-interpretive methodology was used as a proposal for the analysis of results, which carries out the study of subjectivity based on the historical-cultural perspective. The results obtained from the analysis of the sources revealed that the protagonists of education are not able to deal with all the variables that circumscribe school relations and that could be touched through other approaches and behaviors. We realized then that the possibilities of action of School Psychology in this scenario are diverse, since the practices are based on cooperation and dialogue, so that adding efforts, it is possible to build an education that dialogues, that reflects on its actions, become truly autonomous and emancipated.
