Resumo
This study aimed to discuss the difficulties and frameworks of public health policies for riparian women in Brazil, in accordance with the demands presented by the feminist movement throughout history, briefly navigating the history of the consolidation of discussions focused on the health care of these women. Based on the analysis of seven selected documents, focused on the concepts of intersectionality, human rights and reproductive justice, the objective was to understand the movement of public policies for riparian women and their intersections from four main axes: bodily integrity, personal autonomy, diversity, geographical barriers (displacement and location), and social barriers. The document analysis points to the need for a reformulation of political actions offered to these women, considering their diversities and promoting policies that ensure the fight against inequalities and discrimination, committing to respect each woman in her humanity.
