Resumo
This research aimed to analyze the social, cultural and territorial sustainability of the National Policy for Primary Care (PNAB) from the performance of the Family Health Teams with riverside communities in the Municipality of Manacapuru/AM, through the analysis of the PNAB on the prism of sustainability, as well as the characterization of the perspective of social, cultural and territorial sustainability of the PNAB from the performance of the Family Health Teams (ESF) with the riverside communities of the municipality. We chose to work with the PNAB since Primary Care is the gateway for users to the SUS and it is through it that many cases of medium and high complexity can be prevented. With regard to the research's methodological procedures, it was designed from a dialectical, historical and analytical perspective, which understands the subjects not in isolation, but in their totality. The type of research selected was Social Research, which allows reality to be understood through aspects relating to men and their multiple relationships both with other men and with social institutions, being based on a Case Study, focusing on a particular case. The approach used in the research was qualitative, which sought to deepen knowledge about this social group and the organization around the PNAB in Manacapuru/AM. The research techniques used were bibliographic and documentary research. In the documentary research, data from the IBGE, CNES and the Statistical Reports of the Government of the State of Amazonas and the Municipal Management Reports of Manacapuru of 2017, 2018 and 2019 and 2020 were analyzed, which are the most current produced, as well as the Reports of the Inter-Action Group that since 2001 has been carrying out research in the Amazon with riverside peoples and public policies. The results obtained indicate that the research was successful in its accomplishment, from the analysis of data in a qualitative way, producing the systematization of information that will be of great relevance for the advancement of the debate on the subject in this region, promoting the evaluation and proposition of actions with regard to the health of riverside Amazonian peoples. Thus, it was identified that the municipality does not have specific health teams for the riverside peoples, who are assisted by the FHS through the UBS located in the rural area, Fluvial UBS and itinerant teams that from time to time carry out health actions in the communities. The research also identified that the specialties of professionals in the rural and Fluvial UBS differ from the urban area, with these people having access to such professionals only in health actions or by traveling to the municipal headquarters and with regard to social and cultural sustainability and territorial of PNAB in the performance of the FHS in the locality, it was possible to identify a series of actions that collaborate to achieve this sustainability, however, there are still several limits to be overcome for this condition to be effective.
