Resumo
The world of work lives today, one of the moments of greater complexity since the emergence of the modern era. The numerous transformations that have marked contemporary societies, due to a large extent on the capital restructuring in the last decades of the twentieth century, impacting heavily on the morphology of work. These transformations generalize from the work processes based on the production of material goods production to the intermediate spheres, with the service sector. The analysis of the restructuring process as it is key to understand the recent changes in labor relations in the public sector, since it also the materiality of the work is affected because new patterns and forms of work organization (Harvey, 1993 Alves, 2007). Are considered during this study subjects such as the uniqueness of the work in the public sector, the effects of restructuring and productive "state reform" on labor relations in the area of public health, as well as the regulation of labor relations in Health System, state of Amazonas. In order to investigate the precariousness of work within the SUS, in Amazonas, tried to clarify how and with what intensity own processes of the dynamics of societal metabolism (Meszaros, 2002) political and institutional aspect (state) carry mutations in materiality of the working class, particularly in the area of public health. The study revealed that as occurs in the private sphere (productive work), the public sphere also suffer from the effects of deregulation (through flexibility, temporary contracts, outsourcing, etc..) in labor relations
