Pacto de silêncio : uma análise acerca do estupro na universidade

Abstract

The present work aims to analyze cases of rape present in the university, from the notion of multisituated field I resort to the emblematic events at the University of São Paulo (USP) and the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC). In order to reflect on the nearby context I make the displacement understanding the presence of the pact of silence produced in the hierarchical patriarchal power structure that influences the systematic protection of certain subjects. From this starting point, I seek to weave, privileging the intersectional perspective, the forwarding of complaints based on subjectivity, genuinely linked in everyday relationships. I will list the elements of collective mobilization before the repercussion that crosses the physical and virtual field as forms of collective action that extend to concrete actions in the fight against gender violence in the university environment.
