A efetivação dos Direitos Humanos e Proteção Social na migração forçada de venezuelanos em Manaus - Brasil

Abstract

The international migration as a phenomenon of human mobility between countries and continents of the world, has been occurring during the last years, frequently in Central and South America, such an event needs to be analyzed and studied from the Social Sciences due to the multiple impacts generated in the receiving countries. Currently, Venezuela is one of the Latin American countries facing a high diaspora of its inhabitants due to the social turbulence it faces due to precarious working conditions, health, food and education in its population, scenario that reports the recurrent setback and little effectiveness of Human Rights in this nation. This research puts your interest in this phenomenon, specifically in Venezuelan immigrants in Manaus/AM -Brazil. Its objective was to analyze the process of access and effectiveness of the Human Rights and Social Protection of this population in this country. It is based on the mixed methodological approach (quantitative qualitative), where through the bibliographic review of important authors on the subject, in addition to documents such as the Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, the Federal Constitution of the Republic of Brazil, the Migration Act N° 13445/2017 and different reports from International Organizations, with the support of deductive methods of approximating realities and reality (field) approach to the collection of data provided by the population of Venezuelan immigrants related to their living conditions and the materialization of human rights, specific rights to health, education, food, decent work and social protection. Within the findings are presented revelations about the current living conditions of Venezuelan immigrants, as well as revalidates related to advances and setbacks that face in the access process and effectiveness of their human rights in Manaus/ AM -Brazil, this is to make it possible to problematize, verify realities and contradictions, as well as to generate proposals from the Social Service area that make possible new and / or renewed public policies on a local scale, regional and national scales that guarantee an increasingly dignified and humane treatment, in addition to greater social mobility opportunities for Venezuelan immigrants in Brazil.
