Resumo
The question of method is an old discussion in academia, and it is still a difficult problem to overcome, especially in the field of philosophy where it encounters deep resistance. Understanding how and why a philosopher or thinker develops his ideas and expounds them in his work is not an easy task, since the author is always subject to different and even distorted interpretations. The aim of this dissertation is to understand the method as expressed in the thought of the French philosopher René Descartes in works such as: Rules for the Direction of the Spirit, Method Discourse, Metaphysical Meditations and Principles of Philosophy, from the perspective of understanding the method question from de Descartes, it is possible to adopt ways or ways of walking to overcome the teaching and learning problems currently faced by philosophy teachers. Our concern as a high school teacher is to develop methodological intervention activities for the teaching of philosophy, due to certain problem issues that arise in the classroom. Therefore, in order to develop this work in Descartes, and in order to elaborate practical and meaningful activities for the teaching and learning of philosophy, we seek subsidy in the works of important researchers and current scholars such as Cerletti, Silveira, Chitolina, Lídia Rodrigo and Silvio. Gallo who devote their time to the question of the teacher's need to adopt methods of teaching philosophy, especially for the secondary level.
